Anne-Marie Duff has been an English actor, narrator, and writer for the past thirty years. Following her graduation in Drama Centre London Duff made television appearances on Trial & Retribution Amongst Women and Aristocrats in the mid 1990s. Anne-Marie Duff is a Britsih actress born on the 8th of October 1970, in Chiswick, London, United Kingdom. Anne-Marie Duff is a stage and film actress from England. Her fame was due to her role as Fiona Gallagher in the first two seasons UK television series Shameless. The Virgin Queen (2006), she played the role of Queen Elizabeth II. In 2015, the show From Darkness featured her as the leading role. Duff played the role of Enigma in Enigma (2001), The Magdalene Sisters Scandal (2007), Notions on a Scandal (2007) French Film (2008) The Last Station, Nowhere Boy Before Go To Sleep (2014) and Suffragette (2005). In 2015, the Virgin Queen Shameless Nowhere Boy Suffragette, Shameless as well as The Virgin Queen earned her BAFTA nods for Best Actresses and Best Supporting actresses. The History of Mr Polly was the film in which she was awarded her BAFTA Cymru Award as Best Actress. Anne-Marie Duff is an accomplished award-winning English actress who has succeeded by making her mark on the world of show business, appearing in radio films and theatres with a great sense of humour.
